Return Policy

We want you to feel confident trying Viper’s Brew. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your first bag of coffee, we’ll give you a full refund. No questions asked, and no need to return anything.  

For Returning Customers:
Since coffee is a perishable item, we do not accept returns unless there is an issue, such as a damaged delivery. In these cases, we will gladly provide a replacement. Please note:  

Shipping Fees: Express shipping costs (Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3-Day Select, or any other expedited service) are non-refundable. Standard ground shipping is only refunded if the issue was due to an error on our end.  
Damage Claims: If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours for an exchange. Unfortunately, we cannot process returns or exchanges after this time frame.
